Firm Overview

Though Jimmie began his practice in 1979, in 1984 Jimmie and Gina Price established the law firm of Price & Price. Since that time, they have endeavored to provide clients with the best possible representation. Since inception the firm has been located on the courthouse square, providing easy access to the various Montgomery County courts and administration offices. This prime location offers a great benefit to our clients as fees for transportation to and from court, charged by attorneys situated elsewhere in the county, are alleviated.

Jimmie represents individuals in complex divorce cases and has an extensive criminal law practice. Jimmie particularly enjoys the litigation aspect of his practice. In 2008, Amy N. Montgomery joined the firm as an associate. Amy also practices in the area of Family Law. Gina provides representation and counseling in probate and estate planning matters as well as business entity organization and maintenance.

Price & Price is committed to providing exemplary legal services in a timely and efficient manner. They strive to accomplish this goal by listening to their clients; answering their questions in plain English with courtesy, honesty and respect; and professionally and aggressively seeking justice on their behalf. None of these goals would be attainable without the firm's support staff.

Audrey Lewis, Paralegal - A 2006 graduate of Baylor University, Audrey completed her training at the Center for Advanced Legal Studies and became a certified paralegal in February 2008. Audrey's down to earth manner and attention to detail have contributed to her ability to serve our clients.

Training necessary to receive Paralegal Certification by the State Bar of Texas equips our paralegals to undertake many tasks customarily done by an attorney. Further, our paralegals are available when attorneys are in litigation or otherwise engaged in the representation of one client and another client's case needs attention. The availability of our paralegals affords our clients continuous access to their counsel, encourages open client communication and allows for more efficient, economically feasible representation by Price & Price.

Kim Kraatz, Legal Assistant - When Kim came to Price and Price in December 2008, she brought with her 16 years of executive secretarial experience and four years of legal experience, having worked for the Montgomery County Clerk's office for four years in the Real Property, Criminal Misdemeanor and Probate/Civil divisions. Kim's calm demeanor and attention to detail keep the office running smoothly.

She is the hub, if you will, of the wheel that moves this firm.
